What began as a filthy, water-damaged garage, quickly became a testament to my dedication and vision. Initially, the space was a nightmare. Years of neglect had taken their toll, and to make matters worse, a previous contractor had opted for a quick fix by adding a roof on top of the damaged one instead of doing it right. This "lazy contractor job" only worsened the situation.
