Transforming a Neglected Oil Tank and Coal Space

Once a neglected oil tank and coal space, this area has undergone a stunning transformation. The space, previously filled with old framing and water damage, was completely demoed and re-framed to create a full-sized room. By increasing the height of the floor, it has now become a fully functional space filled with storage solutions.

The project began with the removal of the old oil tank and coal remnants, followed by demolishing the damaged framing. With a clean slate, new framing was installed to support the increased floor height, effectively maximizing the available space.
