Service Description: Our consultations include personalized solutions and expert recommendations to help you with your DIY projects.
Client Responsibilities:
Risk Acknowledgment: Clients undertake home renovations and remodeling at their own risk.
Tool Usage: Clients are solely responsible for using any tools, including ensuring their health and safety while using products and tools suggested by Howdiy.
Research and Understanding: Clients must conduct their own research to fully comprehend the solutions and recommendations offered by Howdiy representatives.
Liability:
No Guarantees: Howdiy is not liable for any results, whether positive or negative, arising from consultations provided by Howdiy or its representatives.
Independent Decisions: Clients are encouraged to make independent decisions and judgments based on their understanding of the consultations.
Health and Safety:
Protective Measures: Clients should take all necessary protective measures while engaging in DIY projects to ensure their safety and well-being.
Consultation Outcomes: Howdiy’s role is to provide guidance and recommendations. The ultimate decision and responsibility for any actions taken rest with the client.
Booking Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking with Howdiy, please let us know as soon as possible. Here’s our cancellation policy to help ensure a smooth process:
Notice Period: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the slot to another client and adjust our schedule accordingly.
Cancellations: If you cancel within the 24-hour notice period, you’ll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for your appointment without prior notice, a no-show fee may apply.
Emergency Situations: We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel last minute due to an emergency, please contact us directly, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation.
